How long does it take before she will lay?

Our female was at 28 days on Friday.

today is 32.

Does it take a little longer with the first time momma? :?

I think that it can take up to 6 weeks max for a female to lay...that may be wrong, but anyways you should be able to feel the eggs in her within 3 or 4 days before she is ready to lay them. I also think that the better health you are keeping her in and the more nutrition and food she is getting will help the process and provide better quality of eggs. Make sure she is getting enough calcium to produce the eggs also. Hope you have some eggs soon.
