Metabolic functions, including heart rate and respirations, crawl to a near standstill at night, assuming you let your enclosure cool off.

The lack of respirations, paired with the temporary time spent in that higher humidity makes it nothing to worry about, even at much higher humidity levels than 70.

TLDR: at nighttime with cooler temps, humidity doesn't mater. Mimics their natural environment better anyways.
