Droopy eye?

Does it look droopy? I’ve been having humidity issues lately (low 20’s) and worry about him getting dried out.

The humidity is fine . Here in vegas it's in the single digits most of the summer, and mine do fine.
As far as droopy i think it's just the way he is looking. Can you get another pic where he is looking straight?

Perfect! When I left the house, it was around 18%. The humidity has been pretty low since I got his new basking bulbs. I’ll be able to get the new pictures in about 3 hours

The eye looks normal to me
