Help! limp tail and foul smell

As long as he's never had a bad reaction and is eating well you can finish off the last couple of days . If he were fighting you to keep from taking it it would be a different story. It's really good to see how he got through this, he's a trooper !

Hello,

He has made it through a lot, for sure! How much of the meloxicam do you have left? I am glad to
hear he hasn't had a reaction to it though, that's great.
I am really happy he is so well recovered now!

Hello,

That's wonderful for little Fin! I am happy to hear he is doing well & doesn't seem to be in any
pain right now. I guess the Meloxicam helped out quite a bit.

Hi AHBD!

Thanks for checking in. He is doing very well! Eating, running, pooping, etc. :)

Stitches come out May 8th! I know he's not gonna be happy when I put him in the car, lol.

Thanks again!

Hello,

Excellent news, so out with the stitches soon. I'm sure he wont want to go back to the vet but it shouldn't be too bad of a visit for him..
I'm glad to hear Finn is doing well now!

Yay ! Good for you and Finn. :) He looks very distinguished with his shorter tail. I'm glad that the entire experience went so smoothly.

Hello,

Bless him, little Fin looks good, minus a lot of his tail poor
thing, but he is alive!
I'm happy to see him doing so well now & recovering very
nicely too.
Thanks for the updates!

Oh, a couple of things I forgot to mention:

1) He can't climb as well as he used to. The missing tail really seems to have been important to his balance, poor thing. He manages, but you can tell he's like "what the heck?"

2) He can run faster without his tail, lol.

3) He's A LOT more quiet when he's running around, which means I have to be extra careful.

I wonder if anyone has ever "belled" a bearded dragon like a cat? :)

Gus - he’s a rescue!
How much water should I be giving my bearded dragon? He will only drink from a dropper when I drop on his nose and I’m not sure if I should give it to him until he won’t drink anymore? Or should I stop after he’s had a certain amount?
Just want to check that if my beardie is ok I managed to get a video of him yawning today and screenshot him with his mouth open does he have mouth rot???
