Does my bearded dragon have tail rot? He is a year old.

Hello,

The very tip looks dark & a little dried up possibly. A bit hard to tell. Did he get the tip
caught in anything or has there been any retained shed?
The rest of the tail looks healthy though.

I have never seen his tail get caught in anything. The only thing I can think of is maybe the shedding.

I posted some more pictures. It doesn’t look as dark as it did the other day. Do you think it could just be retained shedding?
