Crickets and greens

Ok so I've had my beardie for four months and I think she's probally about 6 months old.i feed her greens and crickets at the moment and I wonder when I need to stop feeding her crickets and just go with greens

You'll always want to provide some bugs. At her age she should get a full bug meal or two per day. Once her growth slows at around 12-18 months you can slowly move that back to every other day and then eventually just a couple of full meals of bugs per week with salads daily. It's good to add in some variety by using things like hornworms, silk worms, and black soldier fly larvae as treats.
