Mustard greens

Recently I went to the store and my beardie loves mustard and turnip greens. I grabbed both but when I got home I saw that the mustard greens I grabbed were the curly mustard greens. I am hoping they are the same but can someone tell me if curly mustard greens are okay to give him. I looked at the dietary list I have and mustard greens are ok but it doesn’t have nothing about curly mustard greens. The only difference is what they look like.
