So before I buy, the Zoo Med Deluxe Porcelain Clamp Lamp will be okay to have a CHE in it?

I would not use a clamp for the CHE--- I would use a dome w/ ceramic socket and place it on top of the screen middle of tank in the back

It should as long as the fixture is rated to handle a higher wattage than the bulb. I've found that getting a brooder lamp from a farm supply or hardware store is cheaper and much better quality than the reptile specific fixtures. https://www.theisens.com/products/brooder-light/
