I'm not sure of the "fruit-beetle grubs" (although probably), but everything
else on that page (crickets, locusts, waxworms, calci-worms) are all OK,
so long as they are the proper size for your beardie -- locusts especially can
get really big.

Live is always better than dead/freeze-dried when at all possible. The
drying/storage process loses a lot of nutrition, plus you can't gutload them.

If you do feed non-live, be certain to dust well (calcium and multi-vitamin
supplements) and make sure your beardie is getting lots of good variety in
the salad/greens department.

ok thank you im just trying to find the cheapest way to get live foods as my pet store sells them for 3,60 a box and there dead in a week.

I buy live locusts and decant them into their own viv with bug gel and plenty of greens to eat. Normally they stay alive until eaten, however this extremely hot and humid weather we have had in the UK doesn't seem to suit them - my local supplier says it is hard to keep them alive at the moment, it's the same thing every year around the end of July, beginning of August. Out of my last lot of 26, half were dead after a few days I'm just buying smaller numbers at the moment and supplementing with super morio worms instead.
Might try this website in the future though - looks to be good value for money.

Aw ok thanks yes they are good for money but its vat free so when u go to checkout they charge u a extra 2.50 ish and postage 4.50 ish I'm gettin my tubs 2 pounds each atm so it's not bad
