i've been buying from premiumcrickets lately. i've only ordered twice but my last shipment unfortunately showed up dead. however, i did
email them and they emailed me back within a 9 hour period and had already put in another order to ship out this following monday for only 4.95 reorder fee. i thought it was cool because it was an "off" day for them (companies only work mon-thu) and they responded back and corrected the issue. other than that i haven't had a problem with them (plus i think it was ups because it took them til almost 9 at night to deliver my crickets).

Anyone else? Im also interested in this??

I ordered from Flukers and Had sooo many worms and bugs. there overnight was about 13 bucks which I was ok with.

Next I ordered through Ghanns and did 2 day which was 13 bucks and my temps were ok to do that cause we hit a warm spot for some reason here and were in the 60's. almost ALL were DOA or twitching like fedex shook the crap out of the box. I tried for hours to warm them up and more just died. and if they didnt die then they did over the next 24-36 hours the ones that were acting fine. Out of 1000 maybe 100 lived and now im down to 25 after 3 days. Im very dissapointed and their overnight was 23 bucks vs 13 from flukers. and my crickets from flukers lived a long time. I just dont want the worms since I clean my cricket cage every other day. and on their website it said normal guarantee's resume for all on jan 3rd which is when mine shipped but i guess that was only for christmas orders. and that nov-march were not guaranteed. I will just have to read everything before i order again

Im at lost of who to order from now. Im in need of crickets in the next few days. Flukers only has 2 sizes right now available. 1 week and 5 week. which are too small and too big. i need 1/2 inch.

You know, we ship crickets.... We also have a pretty awesome live arrival guarantee, if I do say so myself. ;)

To make sure you get your crickets alive, if you live a cold climate, have them shipped somewhere they'll be held in a warm area. Even if we're closed, if you ever have a problem or concern with your order, call us right away. We'll do everything we can to get your order out. If you want worms, they're also pretty cheap if you have them shipped with your crickets.

is shipping included in the 26.99 price? if not that price is a bit out of range when I can go somewhere else and pay 14.99 for 1,000

Yes, that price includes overnight shipping, for all sizes.

wow..seriously thats overnight and not two day shipping?
what's your doa count like? I've been ordering from a online cricket company lately and my last two shipments
have been doa (which has left me extremely dissatisfied considering I'm paying for these and their dead). Also,
what is their nutrition like...my girl just got a clean bill of health and I don't want to introduce something into
her system that isn't healthy for her.

Yup overnight!

Read the guarantee; most of the time it's close to 100% live arrival, but naturally accidents do happen. Often the crickets are overcounted somewhat just in case some don't make it. Are you sure the issues with previous shipments were lousy crickets and not problems with delivery? You may have better luck with live arrival if you have them sent to a business. If there's ever a problem, just call us as soon as it happens, we'll do everything we can to fix it. Naturally, we can't make crickets magically come back to life if you have a DOA shipment, but we'll send out a new box, apply credit, something.

Our crickets from a cricket farm with the healthiest crickets in the industry, and we do back them with a 3 day guarantee because we have such faith in their crickets. The owner of LLL had the chance to visit their facility last year and described it as tighter security than a high tech bio lab to prevent any illnesses or problems from coming in with the crickets. :) These are some high quality crickets!

Not sure but after having two doa deliveries out of three I'm kind of to the point where I don't want to try anymore with them since I keep getting doa's...its not worth wasting my money over and over again. The first doa I had was my entire order, the second doa was 1/3 of my order and I'm tired of wasting my money. I just have one beardie but she does love her crickets and I would like to have the security of being able to order and have a live delivery and not have to rush to find food for her.

We have a local cricket farm here that ships. I loved their service, and bought from them at expos and ordered over the phone. I have switched to dubias and no longer use their business, but their prices are greatly affordable. I believe it was 14$ per 1000 shipped. I live in the northern Kentucky area. Not sure on their shipping limitations but their info is on their facebook page.

That's entirely your call to make about whether or not they're worth it to keep trying. I was just offering us as a possibility. We ship several hundred cricket orders a week and on average there are maybe a handful of issues, next to none when the weather is good. The issues that do arise are often within the guarantee and we're able to reship new ones out the next day.
Good luck with whatever route you end up taking!

I will more than likely end up going with your company, the prices are fairly reasonable and I like that I can do
one stop shopping for the rest of the products I need like the calcium fortified water and the repcal cricket food.
Now if you guys only sold vermiculite I'd be in heaven lol..but home depot will do for that lol.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
