beardie help

My sons Beardie is about 4 mo. old and is very lathargic, he was seemed fine yesterday and now he is laying under a log not near the light and is not eating and his tail approx. half is turning dark black

Could be coming up for a shed.
They arent happy bunnies when its 'their time'

Thanks for he help, but PETE passed away last night. I spoke to the vet and found out Pete was to close to a window and w/ the wierd temp. drops around here he must have been getting a draft. The temp was around 92 in Pet's house the last couple of days I thought that would be ok but I was wong. Now with winter coming I am going to take extra precautions with RePete. I am not an expert at all withe these but right now he lived in a 20gal. aquarium with a log to perch and get under also a tree to climb and hide under, a 75watt basking light and 60watt infared for night with alfalfa meal bedding thanks for any help.....
