Beardie has mites/parasites

Hi all, I have took a beardie in from someone who cannot look after him/her. I bathed him today and notices red lumps around vent area. He looks very black and stress lines. What's the best way to treat him? Thanks

Hi Beck....sounds like more than mites. He may need a vet [ only an experienced reptile vet ] Pics would be very helpful, so please post a few of his full body as well as his vent. Hopefully the poor guy can be helped ASAP.
