At the Start of the Tail from the body he has a Kink is there a way to get rid of this Kink?

Hi there, can you give me a rundown of the setup? It'd be a big help.

Also, how long have you had him? Has he always had the kink? Or has their been any injury to his tail to cause it? My Atticus has a (small) kink at the end of her tail from it getting caught in the tank door when she was a baby.

hes never been injured but i recorded some videos of him on my phone when i first got him and it seemed like he had a kink there before and ive had him for a couple of months not a full year yet

Then it could be a birth defect, if he hatched with it- however, it could also be an early case of MBD.

Do you have a UV light for his tank? A proper, long tube one, not a coil, and what brand? Do you dust his crickets and greens with calcium powder?

If it's not something he hatched with, or an injury, then it's MBD from maybe an incompetent breeder, I can't know for sure, and as long as you are providing him with proper UV and calcium, it shouldn't get any worse.
