Help! limp tail and foul smell

I wonder if anyone has ever "belled" a bearded dragon like a cat?

Never done - you could of course attach a bell to a harness. I just would not do so if not absolutely necessary - i think of the stress the sound would cause. (Bearded dragons hear very well, and when I see this from my perspective as a noise-sensitive person who does not like any sounds triggered by body movement such as tingling jewelry or watchbands scraping over the desk...)
If your dragon wears a harness, you could try, and at least in a bearded dragon stress is very easy to see so you could take it off if it causes stress marks.

Hello,

I have actually put a little jingle bell on one of my
dragons, years ago, because he liked to run all
over the house. I could find him easier & quicker
that way. It didn't seem to bother him at all.
