basking spot light

ive just got a new 5ft viv and looking to get a basking spot light. ivce been looking at the exo terra 150 watt halogen but they bit pricey....can you use normal house hold spotlights for them to bask???

Get a halogen flood from the hardware store.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
