Am i just paranoid?

Yoshi's side does this weird wrinkly thing and i can feel his bottom rib a little. He eats good and gets baths a few times a week. I know this sounds dumb but i wanna make sure it's nothing instead of something serious.

If the skin is wrinkly and tented it can be slight dehydration- a few baths can sort it out. Is it the rib or the hip bone? I always feel the hip bone when i'm petting my beardie- every time it gives me a scare, think i'd know by now that its been like that all along- my beardie is a good weight so i'm guessing its normal to feel the bone.

I give him baths. Is ther any foods i can give him that will add more water?

And I'm not sure. I thought it was a rib bone. It's where I would think a rib would be. UGH!!!

If he eats his veg he'll get moisture from that. Also silkworms are high in moisture
