No, the shed comes off when it's ready. And yeah, dubia is a much better staple than superworms, those can cause impaction in smaller dragons. Will there be uneven growth in his legs? In my research shedding is part of their growth since they wont be shedding together, i think. And his partner died for unknown reason, she was healthy just like him. Just found out when i got she was not moving anymore. Their diet is superworms and some green veggies like spinach thats i what i give them, on weekdays i give superworm about 3-4 small to medium sizes and weekends i give them veggies

How many pieces?Get a small but heavy bowl that they can't crawl out of.
Man.. i think here i the philippines we only have bok choy and squash. The dubia should be smallish, never larger than the space between the baby's eyes. Even smaller than that but of course the dubia size can increase as the dragon grows. Feed him almost as many as he wants, twice a day. Start out by putting 5 in, if he eats them put 5 more in, etc. Usually about 30 -40 per day in 2 feedings. Cabbage not good, bok choy is O.K. Here are more choices - - kale, mustard greens, turnip greens, collard greens, arugula, shredded squash to name a few.
