Fixture for Arcadia T5 HO

Is this an okay fixture for an Arcadia 14% T5 bulb? I've been looking for the Arcadia fixture, or the ZooMed fixture, but both seem to be sold out everywhere.

When I've tested similar fixtures I found that the output was lower than expected. Possibly due to a poor quality reflector. Since the 14% is such a powerful bulb that may not matter as much but it's hard to say without measuring the output. I would keep looking for grow light fixtures. I use Sun Blaze and it works well, however I've been having a hard time finding them with reflectors lately.
