LED lights only produce light, barely any heat and no UVB. For reptiles these are most commonly used for bio-active setups to help with plants beside a UVB bulb or without it depending if the reptile needs UVB or not.

A proper UVB bulb is a reptisun T5 HO 10.0 appropriately sized tube light with a reflective fixture to fit it.
Or a Arcadia 12% or 14% T5 HO appropriately sized tube light with a reflective fixture that fits.

I was curious if LED bulbs produce uv a&b Ray's that my BD needs.
I think there are some UV LEDs coming onto the market , not seen any designed for reptile (or more specifically for DRAGONS , only low power LEDs for JUNGLE reptiles).

Only ones I've seen are http://vi.raptor.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemDescV4&item=302611183917&category=1285&pm=1&ds=0&t=1517027539682
these DO NOT EMIT UVA or UVB.

From what I've read, the Zoo Med ReptiSun LED UVB Terrarium Hood has a bank of LED's built in that add bright white light ONLY , and it's necessary to install a T5HO UVB tube in the hood to provide UVA & UVB.

I've seen these too https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Snake-Turtle-Lizard-Reptile-60-LED-UV-UVa-Light-Bulb-110V-E27-USA-Engineer-Cert-/271083122666 which I wouldn't touch with a barge pole .... I suspect the UVA band emitted is very narrow and it will not be produce sufficient UVA flux (microW UVA / sq.cm across the entire UVA spectrum).

Note UVA 400 nm - 320 nm. UVB 320 nm - 290 nm.
I've seen these http://www.ledwv.com/uv/uv-high-power-led-390420nm-3w-p-1109.html , band of UVA produced = 390-420nm , I'd be concerned about the lack of emission > 390 nm.
and these
http://www.ledwv.com/uv/uv-led-365nm-3w-Φ20mm-p-963.html
, emission band centred on 365nm , not sure the width of the power spectrum emitted, again likely only +/- 10 to 20 nm.
So you'd likely need a combination the two to get close to a full UVA power spectrum, and then there's the microW UVA / sq.cm vs distance relationship , I've seen no information on this with these LEDs.

so - short answer = NO. Only options are T8 or T5HO UVB tubes or UVB compacts or MVBs.
