You know you're living with beardies when...

Just thought we could start identifying things around the house that indicate a house full of beardies, i.e. You know you're living with beardies when...
while barefoot, you step on a thorn. When you remove it, it's actually a shedded beardie scale!

You know you're living with beardies when...
Crickets sing from all corners WITHIN the house!

You know you're living with beardies when...
Your refrigerator is full of worms and this is a very good thing, not a sign for a serious cleaning job!

I know there are many more ways that show others we are doing things a little bit differently! So, how do you know you're living with beardies?

Thanks for digging it back out :D

YKYLWB... When your tiny (but full grown) Netted dragon is running around your bed and suddenly freezes with fright. You turn around and realised she's just copped a full blackbeard and intense stinkeye from your VERY jealous beardie in the terrarium opposite, because you are fussing over her and not your master

When your bedroom smells like a zoo reptile house (Or so i've been told...i can't tell XD)

When there is a load of skin kept in a jar and when people ask 'Iw what's that' you reply 'Aweh it was his/her first shed <3'

 They are soo funny! BTW: Is a Netted dragon the same as a beardie? or similar? I've never heard of a Netted dragon.

A netted dragon is a little lizard, bit like a beardie in attitude but a lot faster on foot! They eat the same stuff but have a hotter basking spot... Here's a pic I took the other day of mine piling on their basking site  (They also love company)

They are pretty cute :D And yes they act like beardies sometimes too - waving, 'bearding' and going black  But it does look like they've run into a wall!!
The girl I was talking about was the one in the middle, she was pretty well a rescue from a reptile breeder; has severe calcium deficiency which we're working on, but she's so sweet - never know one of these guys want to snuggle into your neck like she does!
But she is still borderline and I hope I don't lose her :|

Yes, they are. They are very cute. I've never seen them before, even in pics. I'm assuming they are unavailable in the US.

I did a search and they don't seem to be. Super sadness.

I agree with you, Sara. They would be really cute to own.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
