Just thought we could start identifying things around the house that indicate a house full of beardies, i.e. You know you're living with beardies when...
while barefoot, you step on a thorn. When you remove it, it's actually a shedded beardie scale!

Crickets sing from all corners WITHIN the house!

You know you're living with beardies when...
Your refrigerator is full of worms and this is a very good thing, not a sign for a serious cleaning job!

I know there are many more ways that show others we are doing things a little bit differently! So, how do you know you're living with beardies?

YKYLWBW your friends come into your room and ask why it's arranged so weird, and you say "Because of my dragons, obviously!"
Also, YKYLWBW your friends are so used to you just plopping a dragon in their lap while you get up to go get something to drink/snack.
Plus, they know that if they come in my room, they WILL have a dragon on/near them at some point. :twisted:

You know you're living with beardies when the only reason you look forward to the Summer time is so you can take your scaly puppies out for walks or to run errands with you (I'm half Norwegian and built for cold weather... I HATE Summer time).

You also know you're living with beardies when you begin a sentence with, "So the other day my beardie..." and all of your friends rolls their eyes. :roll:

I can relate to both statements.....bah hum bug hot/humid summers.........and I get the rolled eye looks all the time.........It's a pity that folks miss out on such great beardies. :love10:
