Just thought we could start identifying things around the house that indicate a house full of beardies, i.e. You know you're living with beardies when...
while barefoot, you step on a thorn. When you remove it, it's actually a shedded beardie scale!

You know you're living with beardies when...
Crickets sing from all corners WITHIN the house!

You know you're living with beardies when...
Your refrigerator is full of worms and this is a very good thing, not a sign for a serious cleaning job!

I know there are many more ways that show others we are doing things a little bit differently! So, how do you know you're living with beardies?

When you get out of the hot shower, shampoo still in your hair, wrapped in a towel, freezing cold, because your beardie just poo'd in the sink and you have to make sure he/she doesn't start swimming in it. :shock: :roll:

Or, you're getting a new puppy, but you don't worry about shedding or whether or not he's housebroken, but you DO worry about how he'll get along with your dragons. :roll:

YKYLWBW everyone comes to visit your new house, and they all DEMAND to get "the grand tour" , yet none of them are even the slightest bit interested in seeing the basement.

Because they all know that's where my roach breeding bin is

YKYLWLW your OH who originally hated the idea of a lizard in the house sends you text messages in which she proudly claims to have taken some cute pictures of your beardie and really wants to show them to you

your OH is absolutely disgusted with roaches, yet picks them up and feeds them to the beardie because "he's really hungry and you won't be home in time" (she does still wear latex gloves when doing this though :lol: )
