will this be okay for a baby dragon to climb on?

I had it from the hermit crabs a while back, I could boil it to clean it if the little guy or girl is able to play on it. I dont think the paint chips off, its just worn in some places.

That looks like it would work pretty well. Perhaps add some sticks coming off to the side to act as a ramp to make climbing a bit easier.
