Food doesn’t have morals. It isn’t good or bad. It is too simplistic to describe individual foodstuffs as “healthy” or “unhealthy”, the context of the overall diet is what matters. To answer your question in different terms, wheat flour is generally less processed and more nutritious than white flour.

I dont know about the wheat flour I keep my supers in meal worm bran - from what I understand they are kept in bran or oats- I tried the oats didnt like it so I get meal worm bran - I found that on ebay and it was pretty reasonable -
