What type UV should i be using???`

Hi i'm using a repti uv 5.0 tube in my viv but i'm sure i'd be better off using 10.0 can anyone confirm this or give me the best advice they can please...

How big is your viv? Can you tell us your setup? Are you using a compact or a tube UV? How old is the bulb?

The viv is 24x24x24 and i'm using a 5.0 uv tube type bulb which is about 8 weeks old........his temps are fine (almost perfect).......He's eating fine and growing well.......

You are using the reptisun 5.0? What is the full name of the bulb?

Hi it just has repti-sun 5.0 on the bulb.......

Well, Your enclosure isn't HUGE, but...It would be better having the reptisun 10.0
