My girl is starting to go into there deep sleep and comes out 4 abt and goes back in her hide and sleeps allday and night should I turn her off now until she gets up or ?????? I'm not sure

What time do you turn her lights on at and off at, both the UVB and the basking light please? Oh and what is you beardies age?

I turn both on between 7-8 each day and off between 4-5 when it starts to get dark. My girl is about 11 months I think. she is 16" long and just under 300g she's not eating alot. The last month just greens and thismorning she had 2 crickets 1 baby super and 3 wax worms and 2 small meal worms i'm going to get some locusts now see if she will eat them but she is not in her hide laying there with her eyes open as much to say turn the f****** lights off lol I bathed her yestorday she likes her bath like allways she went under her basking spot and went like a dark coulor and my temps are spot on 106basking
98.9 hot end and 71 cool end ???

It does sound like brumation. However ideally beardies should get 12 hours a day of UVB so maybe try 7 til 7 just to ensure that she is getting enough UVB. I don't know much about what to do with your dragon during brumation so hopefully someone else can help you there. There is some good articles on this site about brumation though so maybe give them a read.

Well she is allway in her hide so she is not getting any UVB light because she's in her hide hours a day if not allday?? But I'll leave it on see what happens
