What is the best way to serve peas and green beans to jueven

I am trying varieties of greens for my jueveniles, what is the best way to feed Peas and green beans? Right out of a can? steamed?? as a cassarole???

Raw and fresh. I have tried some canned as well. My guys really enjoy some fresh peas and fresh mustard greens
