What baby food is okay to feed my dragon?

just as a heads up, Sweet Potato is a Feed Rarely on the beautiful dragon chart...apparently it is slightly different from yams which is feed occasionally. Sweet Potato is listed under Potato, Sweet which makes it kind of tricky to find. High vit. A (171 IU/g), mod. oxalates (1000 ppm)....Yams seem to have a worse C ratio but there are no notes to explain why it is in black and sweet potato is in blue...??
I've no personal knowledge on this stuff...just relaying what I noticed.
