Can someone please explain to me what these white spots are under my bearded dragon Syrus. Is it anything to worry about?

You mean his stress marks?
Do you know what those are?

No I don't, this is my first bearded dragon so I am still learning. I will look it up though

Yeah then they are just stress marks. There is a ton of information about it, can be from anything really. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I seen something that said it could come from being cold which makes sense because I just gave him a bath before that picture.

Their bath should be warm, so I use an aquarium thermometer (about $4 at WalMart) to get it to about 95 degrees, then leave my beardie in there until he poops or it's down to 85 degrees, whichever comes first (usually the poop). The bath isn't to get them clean; it's more to hydrate them since they don't drink much to speak of. They can stay in there for half an hour or more - just don't let it get much below 80 degrees. They may drink a little, but most of the water is absorbed through their vent and the outer layer of skin if they're close to shedding.

I apologize if you already know this stuff - you said earlier that the dragon may have been cold since he'd just had a bath and I wanted to clarify the bath thing.

Your boy is very handsome! Great color and attitude!

Thanks for the information and the compliment to my bearded dragon Syrus :)
I did not know about that so I will try to get one of those thermometers as soon as possible to make sure it isn't to hot or cold for him.
Thanks again

I looked at him today and the marks aren't their so that leads me to believe that it did have something to do with the bath. Thanks

Yes, stress marks are caused from anything to him just being irritated, to cold, to sick.

I really recommend visiting the different forums on the website and reading up as much as you can on bearded dragon health. It's extremely important to know how to correctly soak your beardie and keep him healthy.

Good luck!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
