URGENT!!! please help

my poor bearded dragon has a wound on it's hand, at first it just look like a growth but all of a sudden split and starting leaking puss and blood it's 9:43pm no vets are open what do i do????????????????

Clean it as well as you can using a paper towel soaked in warm water - DO NOT use hydrogen peroxide as this will only make things worse. Bandage it if you can. If he is on a particle substrate such as sand, take it out and replace it with paper towel so that the particles don't get in the wound. Take him to the emergency vet as soon as you possibly can. Do you know what caused this wound?

My vet says that Zoo Med Repti Wound-Healing Aid is great to have on hand. It's a topical antiseptic with jojoba oil and tea tree oil helps heal cuts, burns, and abrasions on reptiles. Keep us posted.
