How old is your beardie ? Toe injuries are common and unless they become necrotic then they don't need any attention or intervention. They toes are so spindly + fragile that at times they get sprained or even broken but just heal on their own, sometimes looking crooked like that. I've had a few with crooked toes over the years, it did not bother them a bit. BTW, if she has a hammock that is a common cause of toe injuries, as the claws get caught in the mesh. Your girl could benefit from a pedicure too, but if that particular toe seems sensitive you could skip it. There are youtube videos to show how to trim their claws.
