Why is my beardies tail black towards the end?

Some beardies tails look black toward the end. If you Google it you'll see lots of them. If it looks shriveled, then it may be tail rot. Post some pics when you can.

Thanks for that.I don't think it's tail rot cause it's not black all the time,its almost like she can change it's colour or has something to do with her mood or something like that,get what i mean?
