Tail Rot or Stuck Shed?

Does this look like tail rot?
Recently had a massive shed. I think this is just stuck shed. Tail is not discolored or getting worse. Just need some reassurance......

I think it looks like stuck shed but I can't be sure.....
It looks fine to me.

Looks like shed to me, maybe try give him a soak in luke wark water to see if it comes off.
