My beardie is right at 1yr. I just changed from the outdoor type carpet to crushed walnut 'Sand'. Anyone else use this? Trying to decide if he likes it. And how messy it's going to be. Thoughts?

Do a quick search for walnut on this forum, and you'll see that it is definitely not recommended for bearded dragons.

Besides the danger, I personally think sand is a PITA. Much like a cat litter box, you can never get it 100% clean when scooping poop/urate, and it gets everywhere when you are cleaning the enclosure/furniture or handling the dragon.
