how can a sperm plug be removed? he pooped today and it came out and is not just sticking out

I haven't had the joys of this just yet, but from what I've seen/read you should be able to gently wiggle it out

Hello,

Well, "usually" it is pretty easy. You can bathe him in a nice, warm bath. It should soften up & you should be able to gently remove it. Or, he may also go potty in his bath in which is might come out on its own!
