My new girl will be 4 m.o. the 12th. I give her 15 to 20 (depending on the size of the bugs) twice per day. I also give her 5 or so black soldier fly larvae at the morning feeding, and very small silk and hornworms when I can source them as treats. She has salad available all day every day, I'm lucky in that she will eat it. The morning feeding is calcium dusted every day, 3 times per week I add multivitamins to the calcium. Chris is in Germany and Chilean Taco is in Chile, I'm in the U.S. the guide lines are different in different regions. So you kindda have to play it by ear. Babies need protein to grow though and if you under feed them when they are small, they might not reach their full potential, on the other hand if you over feed and they grow to fast it can potentially cause health issues later in life. So the goal is to feed them enough to support healthy growth without over doing it. Variety is important also, they should be offered multiple types of protein and multiple types of salad. If you stick to just one type of feeder, I pretty much promise you'll have difficulty with feeding as they get older. It's best to introduce them to as many different things as possible while young, an adult beardie can teach a rock to be stubborn.
