Sleeping more

So my beardie is sleeping more by having naps and starting to sleep earlier at night when lights are still on im not trying to brumate him.

Sounds like brumation behavior. There isn't much you can do once they start to brumate except to make them comfortable and check their weight and offer some water occasionally.

Yes about 5 months maybe he is just tired because we are looking after a baby.

Yeah he wouldn't be brumating at only 5 months old.

Is his sleep getting disturbed by loud noises or light?

Possibly but now I think he is ok because he did not do it again.

If you can, try to at least keep it dark for him at night so his sleep isnt disturbed.

All light are always off at night in our house.
