Sara's right, same rule until they reach adulthood. And worms like supers, don't give supers until your dragon is at least 16 inches.

No, length is what your looking at. The bug should not be any longer than the distance (width) between the dragons eyes on a dragon under 1 year or 16 inches. Sub adult and adult dragons that have reached 16 inches in length no longer have the slight bend in their digestive tract where blockages can occur from too large of feeders/to chitonous (harder shelled like supers) so the size of the feeder is not as critical after reaching this size. There are some exceptions, for example, my 8 month old male Assassin is almost 22 inches long and eats adult sized, 2 inch dubias. He is more than large enough to be able to digest them. Most 8 month old dragons are still under that 16 inch range, so 1 year is about average time frame.

Hope this helps. Any more questions, please ask.

So it's ok to feed adult dubias to adult bearded dragons even if the dubia is larger than the space between the eyes?

Yes. A full grown adult dragon is more than capable of handling a full grown adult dubia. For babies and young dragons, the reason for keeping the size to the width between the eyes is to make sure that they don't eat something larger than they can digest.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
