Roach question

So my beardie was fed strictly crickets as it’s insect before I got it. Is there any transition phase I should go through to move to feeding Dubias instead. Like should I replace a cricket with a roach and work my way up until it’s all roaches instead of crickets?

No hard and set rule. Typically when introducing a new food item it's best to do it gradually.

Please don't feed your feeder roaches food high in protein, they should be given the same veggies your beardie eats. Protein is necessary for baby roaches to grow, and adults to breed but giving it to feeder sized can contribute to gout in your beardie.
