sex of my beardie

what's the best way to tell the sex of my beardie without taking s/he to the vet? i've had lizzy for 7 weeks now, i got s/he at petsmart and they told me it was to soon to tell the sex. just would like to know if i have lizzy or izzy

The pet store was right, aside from having a dna blood test done, from the vet, you can't be sure yet. You can't really tell the sex of a beardie till around 1 year of age, up till then you can sure guess but you can't be positive as some males are slow to develope

To guess just lift the tail and look underneath near the body, makes have 2 vertical bumps and females have 1 horizontal bump. Here's a picture:
