Is that stick on thermometer the only thing you are using to measure temps? What kind of UVB are you using? I can't see it in the pics, is it mounted toward the back of the tank so it's just tough to see in the pics? Lastly, is there any sort of glue or adhesive on the backing of that tile you used for the floor?

I have a temp gun coming in a mail, should be here tomorrow or Tuesday. OTher than that, yes, the two stickons are the only ones.

I'm using an MVB right now. I'm giving her a week with it to see how she works with it. I also have a Reptisun 10 on standby, if the MVB doesn't work better than the Repti was.

No, there's nothing holding them in place. They have stayed in place just fine though. I haven't seen or heard them moving or anything

It's just regular ceramic tile! I love the look too. Looks like sand, and feels like a mild sandpaper too! It's perfect for her

Okay good. I couldn't tell from the picture if it was some of that peel-and-stick tile or real tile. The peel-and-stick is a no no, because the adhesive on the back can give off toxic fumes when heated up under the basking light. Sounds like you are doing everything right!
