Another question, I read that you DO NOT put them on any bedding,(like oats) only put dishes in there for food for them, is that how you house them? I know w/ my superworms I dont have a cover over them, but they arent creepy like roaches. (Well, they dont' hav a cover b/c they are in a large plastic drawer tub thing)
Go with the Dubias... Lobs tend to get too large, can climb, swarm, and if you are allergic to Germans, you'll be allergic to these too...
I tend to use only the egg crates on their sides, not flat on the bottom, for mine to snuggle up into...

Thanks for answering. It seems as maybe the site has slowed down w/ ppl, or else people just dont choose to be helpful.. lol. So you don't use any bedding, just leave the bottom alone?

Yeah, just like crickets. Egg crates, food on the dish or corner of tub, water crystal. Make sure you have some kinda heating source to keep it at around 90. I use heating pad for mine.
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
