Rehydrated food?

I dehydrated a bunch of collard greens and kale to keep it from going bad, but is it okay to rehydrate it and feed it to my beardie? I've been feeding it to him for a week now.. Do you think it still has the same nutritional value?

Theoretically dehydrating the food just removes the water content and then rehydrating it adds the water back so it should retain it's nutritional value. I've never tried dehydrating food for a dragon before but have eaten it myself without any issues.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
