Left: 100 W basking light (104 degrees in basking spot)
Middle: Two 10.0 desert UVB
Right: 3.0 UVB for heat because my house gets cold (78 degrees)
Tank size: 36 x 18 x 17 (inches)

You'll want to get a Reptisun T5 HO 10.0 UVB tube light so he/she can live a long healthy 15-20 years without a calcium deficiency, MBD, and other problems that comes with improper lighting.
When you get the proper bulb make sure to mount it where its over the basking area right behind or in front of the basking bulb so when he basks he'll get UVB as well.
The inside setup looks okay for his age, of course you'll have to remove some of it as he ages to provide proper room or get a larger tank like a 75 gallon that would suit all his needs rather than just thermoregulation.

Can you move it over the basking spot beside the heat lamp?
