quick ? about superworm care

Can superworms eat cricket food? I have some of the moist, cubed kind leftover.

Probably. I put a potato in my bin that was cut in half. They hollowed the darn thing out - was weird looking! LOL I got some food from greatlakeshornworms - looks like the same stuff they feed their hornworms now. They don't take much, but give them the same moisture like things you'd put in a cricket bin (carrots, potato, apple) - they have enough moisture. I also cover mine with wheat bran but you can use oatmeal too.

I keep my super worms in a large Tupperware full of oatmeal and put some carrot slices in every few days. I also use one of the lids from the super worm cups and put some water crystals on there. I found this keeps them the happiest. They eat the oatmeal and use the carrot for moisture.

I guess I didn't answer the original question. Yes they can eat it, not sure if they will.

Well apparently it wasn't a good idea. I dropped in several cubes and the next morning I found there had been a large die off :x
