Puffy eye and black spots

Hello everyone. I got this dragon here Chromie and she has some black spots on her and now a little puffiness around her eye. Wonder if anyone knows what this is?

They are possibly bites from insects or bruises. Are the marks around the eye and lip raised/swollen? I would keep a close eye on them and take frequent photos for comparison. Look for increased swelling, more of these spots, increase in size of the spots, or the spots looking more raw/scabby. If you see those signs then it might be a good idea to have a skin test done by a vet to get a better idea of what's going on. You could try putting some raw/unpasteurized honey on the areas which may help them to heal if they are a bite mark or wound of that nature.
