Can't see uvb what are you using brand and bulb and the basking bulb brand and bulb - you need two digital probe thermometers as soon as possible- surface basking temps are extremely important
Nice use of the big log and also A + on not having a very tall tank to start out with for a baby. The Hakari pellets are O.K as part of the diet, you can soak them first.
Since you are in the Philippines, you should be able to get
a decent tube bulb. Reptisun 10 T8 long tube should be easier
to find than Arcadia, but, not sure. Or, you can always order it
online, too if possible. Outdoor time is always beneficial also if
you have time but you always need to keep a close watch over
them & never leave them unattended.
He is very cute. How is the shedding coming along?

You should have a photo period of 12 hrs on and 12 hrs off -- for your basking and your UVB -- no lights on at night -- they like cool and dark to sleep-- temps at night should be 65-75
