Please help asap

My bearded dragon has layed her eggs but she is now asleep on them it is 9pm should i just leave her to cover them up or do i take her off them ?

Yes, def. take her out + put her in her warm tank. She should be actively covering them up right after laying them, not sleeping on them. She must have had a hard time + is exhausted,can you post pics of her ?
