My beardie had a fecal test done and it came back with a trace of pinworms. What exactly is that, how would he have contacted it, how is it treated and how do you keep it from re-occurring. Any knowledge will be greatly appreciated.
This might help some... http://www.thegeckospot.net/fecal.php
I have heard crickets can transfer pinworm to the dragon however there is some debate to that.
Hello,
Pinworms are pretty simple to get rid of. The vet will probably give you panacur. During the treatment, your beardie may lose his appetite, that is normal. Just make sure to keep everything clean. You can also get some acidophillz+ to replenish the good gut flora that the panacur might kill, that will keep him from getting an upset tummy. Good luck

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
