Hi all, we just got a little male( i think )beardie, his name is wratchet , I am still trying to figure out substrate and all that business but he's doing good! I'm glad to be a part of you're forum!

Congrats and welcome to the forum!
Oooo, for the substrate I just used some spare tiles, or paper, I wouldn't use calci-sand or stuff like that as it can cause a fatal impactation. For Zack, I'm using kitchen tiles and on the rough side.

I use ceramic tiles on top of reptile carpet myself and it's very easy to maintain. I love the name Wratchet too. How cute. Our beardie's name is Puff, my 12 year old named her. Welcome and do read all the care sheets they will help with the set up and maintenance of your new pet. We've had ours since September and she's been a dream.
